Student registration

Student Registration Fee - $25.00 (+GST 1.25)
(includes dinner on 15 October, 2009)

Registration includes dinner, nutrition breaks and lunches.

A small number of places, have been set aside for students. To apply for one of these places, please send a CV and fill in the STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM including a statement of interest in attending the Conference. Please register by September 23 to be considered.

Successful applicants will be notified by email by October 2nd.

Method of payment - by cheque

Please, make your cheque payable to “The University of Western Ontario” and include “2009 RDC Conference" in the memo field.

Confirmation of Registration

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing prior to October 1, 2009 will receive a
full refund. After that date no refunds will be made.
